Q: Does your company accept custom colors from customers?
A: We not only can offer the popular colors for customers’ chosen, but also match the colors for our customers based on the patterns you provide, helping you achieve precise sales.
Q: How to ensure the quality after placing the order?
A: We have our own laboratory in the production workshop. We conduct tests on each batch of products and record the data. Before shipment, there will be a QC quality inspection report, and we will also provide photos/videos of the entire batch of goods as well as the inspection process for customers to verify. After confirmation, we will arrange for packing and delivery.
Q: Could you assist in arranging maritime transportation?
A: FOB/CIF/DDU/DDP are all our cooperation methods. We will conduct the most reasonable maritime analysis for our customers to ensure the transportation cost is the most reasonable.
